If you have a blog with an RSS or Atom feed, you can submit your blogs feed as a Sitemap. Most blog software automatically creates feed for your blog. If your blog doesn't have a feed, you can use Feedburner to create and publish feed.

Unlike Google and Yahoo, MSN not have a facility for webmaster to submit their feed. MSN crawls and index the feed submitted at Moreover.com . So you need to submit your blogs feed at Moreover.com so that they can be indexed and crawled by MSN.
